Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toniz Collins is also referred to as Antonietta Gonzales-Collins in the United States and Mexico, is an American-Mexican sportscaster. She is currently employed by ESPN as a reporter for SportsCenter and sometimes hosts SportsNation. The first time she worked at ESPN in the year 2016. She is the daughter of the television reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta is a native speaker of two languages. When she was just nine, Collins's ability to communicate in two languages allowed her to get the job she wanted in Miami as an assistant production at Univision. Besides this, she produced the local Univision 23 sports program Accion Deportiva Extra on which she served as the anchor. She became a sports host for the morning show on Despierta America Deportes. In similar roles as the show's magazine Primer Impacto and for UniMas Network's Contacto Deportivo. Antonietta Collin's parents originally hail from Veracruz Mexico. The girl was born on November 22nd on the 22nd of October, 1984 in Mexico City. She is younger than her sister. In 1992 the family left Mexico for the US and settled in Miami. Soon after they separated, and, in 1995 Fabio Fajardo remarried. He died from kidney cancer in the year 2006. The couple stayed in Canton Ohio with her older sister in the summertime, where she had been given a job. Antonietta was an incoming senior in high school, but she had a very clear vision of her goals for the future. She went to Mount Union University to find out if the school was suitable for her. Then she fell in love with the campus. And they offered her the opportunity to study a major. She graduated from high school and was enrolled in media studies at the college. Mark Bergmann, her professor who also managed the WRMU's 91.1FM station for which she worked over the years, became her friend. It was he who inspired her confidence and whose passion in Journalism touched her deeply. As a result, she was determined to exceed his expectations, never letting him down.
